Perlage produces Organic Chardonnay IGT from Chardonnay grapes vinified as a white wine with low-temperature fermentation. The cool climate enhances the authentic expression of this Chardonnay, with an elegant and pleasantly fragrant profile. On the nose, notes of white-fleshed fruit, melon and pineapple stand out. On the palate it is dry, balanced and savoury, with a pleasant freshness and a harmonious, lingering finish.
