"Marea" White Igt Toscana 2024 Organic 75 cl

Podere dell’Anselmo lies amid the splendour of the Chianti countryside, a land long devoted to wines of character. Here wine is made with great passion and with traditional methods that deeply respect the soil and nature, and it is here that Marea Bianco Igt Toscana Organic is produced. The Forconi family has a long history: they were already working the vineyards of Montespertoli at the beginning of the 19th century. Fabrizio carries on this winegrowing tradition, mainly cultivating native grape varieties grown according to meticulous farming practices. At just the right level of ripeness, the grapes are harvested by hand and also sorted by hand. It is a white wine made from Malvasia lunga grapes grown on the Tuscan hills 7 km from Montespertoli and 10 km from San Casciano in Val di Pesa, in vineyards right next to the estate. The vines grow at mid-hill height facing east, on silty-clay soils with sands and gravel conglomerates.
