The Podere dell'Anselmo is located in the splendour of the Chianti lands, a territory always devoted to wines of character; here wine is produced with great passion and with traditional methods that show great respect for the soil and nature, and it is here that "PAX" Rosso toscano I.G.T. "PAX" Rosso toscano I.G.T. is produced. The Forconi family has a long history, already working in the vineyards of Montespertoli at the beginning of the 19th century. Fabrizio continues the winegrowing tradition, mainly cultivating native grape varieties grown according to meticulous farming practices. At the right degree of ripeness, the grapes are harvested by hand and also hand-selected. It is a red wine obtained from Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Colorino grapes grown on the Tuscan hills 7 km from Montespertoli and 10 km from San Casciano in Val di Pesa, in the vineyards in the immediate vicinity of the Podere. On mid-hill slopes facing east, on clayey and calcareous soils.
