Red wine and the estate's blend of all its red grapes (Sangiovese, Colorino, Canaiolo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah). It is a vintage wine (2021 vintage available), young, fresh, mineral, lively and full of floral and fruity fragrances, among which stands out that of a flower: the iris, which is also the symbol of Florence. Perhaps it is more suited to a younger audience not deeply versed in the world of wine. Blend: Sangiovese â Canaiolo â Shiraz â Colorino â Cabernet Sauvignon Vineyard: south-west exposure, altitude 250 m. Training system: spurred cordon Planting density: 4500/5000 plants per hectare Harvest: first half of September Fermentation temperature: 28/30° Vinification: fermentation and maceration in steel vats for 15-16 days. Malolactic fermentation in steel.
