Anno Domini 345 Chianti Colli Senesi Chianti is aged in oak Tonneaux for at least 12 months. Made from the finest and selected estate grapes, hand-harvested: Sangiovese 75%, Canaiolo 5%, Colorino 5%, Malvasia Nera 5%, Foglia Tonda 5%, Barsaglina 5%. An elegant wine with great drinkability and a lovely finish. This traditional blend pairs perfectly with cured meats, pecorino cheese and tomato bruschetta. The perfect pairing is a nice cheese and cold cut board to serve at the start of the meal. Vintages 2020/2021/2022 Available in 750 ml bottle

We are in Tuscany, in the land of Siena, where the Tenuta di Montechiaro estate, purchased by the family since the 17th century, dominates the territory with 160 hectares of land, 10 hectares of which are planted with vines, producing the finest wines that express the local terroir. A Chianti that benefits from the marine soil left by the ancient sea that once covered the entire Siena area, and from the ideal mild climate. We adopt an organic philosophy. We dedicate ourselves with care to selecting native vines. Our goal is indeed quality, favouring quality above all. Our Chianti Colli Senesi is the expression of wines that embody the essence of a great wine-growing territory. We are located in the hills surrounding Siena, representing a unique blend of flavours and aromas. A wine that expresses the territory and the spirit of Tuscany. An essential element that enhances the sensory pleasures of life and elevates the dishes it is paired with. .
our traditional Chianti blend embodies the authentic essence of the region's rich ampelographic heritage. GRAPE VARIETIES: Sangiovese 75%, Canaiolo 5%, Colorino 5%, Malvasia Nera 5%, Foglia Tonda 5%, Barsaglina 5%. SOIL: Clay-limestone and sedimentary sand with marine fossils and shells. VINIFICATION AND AGEING Harvesting method: Manual, in small crates. Immediate destemming and gentle pressing. Skin maceration: 15 - 18 days in concrete tanks. Fermentation: 10 days in steel tanks. Ageing: 12 months in Tonneaux (500-litre French oak barrels), 2nd and 3rd year. TASTING PROFILE Colour: Brilliant ruby red. Aromas: The aroma is intense, fruity and spicy, with notes of nutmeg, dog rose and raspberry. Taste: The palate is harmonious, flavourful and slightly tannic. The Colli Senesi style is characterised by elegance, freshness and notes of blood orange. Serving temperature: 16 °C PAIRINGS Thanks to its elegance, easy-drinking profile and flavourful finish, this traditional blend pairs perfectly with cured meats, pecorino cheese, tomato bruschetta, lasagne and tagliatelle with meat ragù.
