Ours is a small operation where nothing is left to chance. Here we produce our wines using only our own grapes. The vineyards are located between Monforte d'Alba, Novello, La Morra and Barbaresco. Areas particularly suited for the great wines of the Langhe. We take care of the entire process: from production, to ageing, to sale. We follow the whole process to ensure the best quality. Tasting notes

Colour: ruby red Nose: fruity, characteristic, with possible hints of wood Taste: dry, savoury, harmonious, evident freshness and well-rounded tannins Serving temperature: 16-18°C Recommended pairings: first courses, red meats and cheeses On the nose, fruity aromas of jam, vanilla and undergrowth. On the palate, it shows great freshness, savouriness and silky tannins that close in a warm, harmonious finish. Perfect paired with well-aged, slightly spicy cheeses, slow-cooked game stews and roasts. At the end of a meal, it can also be an excellent meditation wine.

The first production vintage of this wine, 2012, was made with grapes harvested from an old vineyard whose owner is named Ada. In Latin, «Adae» means «of Ada», hence the name of this Barbera.
