The Podere dell'Anselmo stands amid the splendour of the Chianti lands, an area that has always been devoted to characterful wines. Here the wine is produced with great passion and traditional methods that show great respect for the soil and nature, and it is here that "Terre di Bracciatica" Vermentino Igt Toscana 2022 Bio "Terre di Bracciatica" Vermentino Igt Toscana 2022 Bio is produced. It is a family story, that of the Forconi family, who were already working the vineyards of Montespertoli in the early 19th century. Fabrizio continues the winegrowing tradition, mainly cultivating native grape varieties grown according to scrupulous farming practices. At the right degree of ripeness, the grapes are harvested by hand and also hand-selected. It is a red wine obtained from Malvasia grapes grown on the Tuscan hills, 7 km from Montespertoli and 10 km from San Casciano in Val di Pesa, in the immediate vicinity of the Podere. On mid-hill terrain facing east, with marine sedimentation and calcareous gravel.

AGEING: In stainless steel tanks for 9 months on fine lees, then in bottle ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5% ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Appearance: Straw yellow with hints of green. Nose: Intense with aromatic notes of citrus peel, peach, exotic fruit, white flowers. Taste: Fresh, savoury with a good attack on the palate, with a well-defined acidic streak; the finish is persistent with good correspondence to the nose. PAIRINGS: Excellent as an aperitif, with seafood starters, grilled fish, shellfish and creamy cheeses.
