Pinot Grigio D.O.C. BIO Perlage
A grape variety we could call prized, with limited production but giving unique organoleptic characteristics to the wine we obtain.
It is a still white wine of straw yellow colour with golden reflections. On the nose it presents a characteristic fruity aroma reminiscent of acacia flowers and walnut, on the palate the flavour is full with a persistent, harmonious aftertaste. Second gold medal for the Pinot Grigio delle Venezie, which took the podium at Mundus Vini Biofach 2019. The international organic wine competition held in Nuremberg. This is an important recognition for Perlage , a result that rewards the constant work in the vineyard and cellar with the utmost respect for the environment and the land, and honours a label born from an excellent vintage in a territory ideally suited to growing this grape variety. Perlage's Pinot Grigio stands out for its perfect balance between savouriness, sugar content and acidity, and is characterised by a persistent aftertaste and tropical fruit aromas.
