in the land of Puglia the Siopé project is born, from ancient Greek, meaning âsilenceâ. Silence as a space for listening. Listening to nature, its rhythms, its fruits: this is where our Ghefura â Fiano is produced

Ghefura â Fiano

White IGP Puglia. Born from the sun and wind of the Mediterranean, amid limestone hills and sea breezes that give the grape clusters a perfect balance between richness and freshness. A historic grape variety of the South, Fiano finds a beautiful expression in Puglia: sunnier and more fragrant, combining aromatic depth and lively taste.

Aromas: elegant and complex, scents of white flowers, citrus and yellow-fleshed fruit, accompanied by notes of honey, aromatic herbs and fresh almond. Over time, delicate mineral notes and a hint of salinity emerge

Tasting: fresh and harmonious, with a balanced structure and a pleasant softness that envelops the palate. The pronounced acidity enhances its finesse and persistence, giving a long, savoury finish with hints of pear and wildflowers.

Pairings

Perfect with seafood dishes, raw fish and shellfish, but also with fresh cheeses, grilled vegetables and light first courses. Also ideal as an aperitif, served at 10â12 °C.
