Inzolia white wine IGP Terre Siciliane is a delicate and aromatic white table wine made from Inzolia grapes grown in the Marsala and Mazara del Vallo area. With its typical floral and citrus notes, it pairs excellently with molluscs, seafood, shellfish, mixed fried dishes and fish-based first and main courses such as sea bream, swordfish and turbot. Inzolia white wine is a fresh, fragrant wine with a herbaceous aftertaste, one of the oldest white grape varieties in Sicily; besides fish dishes, shellfish and molluscs, it also makes an excellent aperitif, perfect in summer!
