A historic grape variety of the Terre maceratesi, malvasia is native to the area and was cultivated here even before verdicchio, and its name recalls the threshing of times past, the straw and the toil in the fields. This is Il Covone, deeply rooted in the origins of the Lebboroni family, just as the vineyard it comes from is: 70 years old, where all the work is carried out strictly by hand.
