The Az.Agr. La Spora, for generations has been passionately dedicated to truffle hunting in the land of Abruzzo, on the border between Abruzzo and Molise, land of Apennine truffles: this is where the Truffle and vegetable powder dispenser is born. A specialty prepared with summer truffle: one of the easiest species to find, and the most abundant. It has a long harvesting period, and the summer truffle is widespread throughout the world. It has an aroma reminiscent of porcini mushrooms, with hints of hazelnut and undergrowth. Its intensity increases with maturation. It has a delicate flavour, leaving a pleasant, non-invasive aftertaste. This truffle prefers calcareous, well-drained soils and grows mainly in symbiosis with oaks, hazelnuts, hornbeams and lime trees.
