The Classic Frico encloses the essence of Friuli, represents the culinary typicality of an entire territory, is prepared with a selection of fresh and aged cheeses, cut into cubes and mixed with potatoes, it is pre-cooked in the oven and vacuum-packed to guarantee the longest shelf life possible. Just heat it for a couple of minutes in the microwave or in a non-stick pan without adding fat.
The Frico with potatoes and speck is a typical dish produced in the Friulian cuisine which has its roots in the areas of Carnia. Traditionally it was prepared with cheese scraps, but today Friulian cheeses (both fresh and seasoned) are skilfully selected, cut into cubes, mixed with potatoes and, in this variant, with the Sauris speck diced and pre-cooked in the oven.
The product we are presenting should only be heated in a non-stick pan or in the microwave without adding oil or butter.
