The Delizie del Cupin is a Ligurian company whose roots go back to a small village of 50 souls in the Ligurian hinterland devoted to agriculture, surrounded by a veritable âforestâ of olive groves, of taggiasca cultivar, and it is here that Ragù di caccia is born
Ragù di caccia
The ragù is one of the specialities of this artisan Ligurian company and is inspired by old-fashioned country recipes. For this ragù we use a mix of prized game meats. A delicacy prepared according to the traditional recipe with just a few fresh, selected and safe ingredients. It is made with a variety of game meats, fresh vegetables, spices, tomato pulp, salt and oil. Flavours for those who love genuine home cooking, a dish that is both tasty and rustic. Try it with: it pairs perfectly with pappardelle, and is also worth trying with paccheri and tagliatelle. The Ragù di caccia is also suitable for people with coeliac disease as it is gluten-free.
