Perlage produces Borgo Faveri Rosso from red grapes grown according to biodynamic viticulture methods, which are based on the principle that earthly and cosmic forces must act in perfect balance and harmony. It is Demeter certified biodynamic. Borgo Faveri Rosso has a beautiful intense, spicy red colour with notes of red fruit. On the palate it is soft, lightly tannic and easy to drink. The red grapes used for Borgo Faveri are grown according to biodynamic viticulture methods, which are based on the principle that earthly and cosmic forces must act in perfect balance and harmony. Human activity must preserve the biodiversity of the soil, so that the vine and its bunches can grow healthy and strong.
