Moscadello Botrys 2019 made from Moscato, Malvasia di Candia and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Golden and seductive, Botrys expresses notes of apricot, candied fruit and honey. On the palate it is velvety and enveloping, balanced by a pleasant freshness and a long, elegant and persistent finish. It is a wine deeply bound to the tradition of the Montalcino area, predating Brunello in history. Its production was already documented in past centuries. Perfect with dry pastries, fruit tarts and delicate desserts, it is also surprising paired with blue cheeses and dishes with a refined sweet-and-sour contrast.

Moscadello Botrys 2019 made from Moscato, Malvasia di Candia and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Winter 2019 opened with cold, dry weather, giving way to a cool spring generous with rain, especially in May, which slowly accompanied the vines' vegetative awakening. The summer, warm but without extremes, favoured a gradual and balanced ripening. Early September rains completed the vine's cycle, providing favourable conditions for a generous harvest carried out at a time closer to tradition. A vintage that combines balance, freshness and full expression of the terroir. A luminous amber gold in colour, Botrys opens with an intense and enveloping bouquet, rich in aromas of ripe apricot and peach, candied fruit, honey and delicate notes of dried flowers. On the palate it is soft, velvety and sumptuous, with a sweetness harmoniously balanced by a lively freshness that lends verve and depth to each sip. The texture is elegant and persistent, while the long, refined finish recalls notes of ripe fruit, honey and sweet spices.
