Cantabrian Sea Anchovies 50g

This is a gastronomic product of great quality, coming from the cold, crystal-clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean. An excellence of flavour, these anchovies are considered among the best in the world for quality, taste and texture. Their goodness begins at sea, where the harsh climate and Atlantic currents make the flesh firmer, tastier and richer in nutrients.

Once caught, they are processed by hand within a few hours, following traditional methods. The curing stage, carried out in keeping with an ancient tradition passed down from generation to generation, sees the skilled hands of women fillet each single fillet with precision and dedication. And a long salt-curing maturation â to bring out every nuance of flavour.

The result is a meaty, firm fillet with a bright pinkish colour, with a perfect balance between savouriness and delicacy. On the palate, it melts slowly, releasing an intense yet never overpowering flavour, with elegant marine notes.

  • Recipe with Anchovies:

  • Drain the spaghetti al dente, setting aside a ladle of cooking water. Add the pasta to the pan and toss over high heat for 1â2 minutes, adding a little cooking water. Serve immediately with a sprinkle of chopped parsley or a spoonful of toasted breadcrumbs for a crunchy touch.
