Tropical Porridge Mimina was created by Francesca who, after gathering different influences during her time abroad, returned to her homeland in the hills of Romagna. Here, as a tribute to her grandfather, a lover of simple, good and genuine things, she devoted herself to her recipes, and this is how the porridges came to be. The coconut flakes add a delicate, exotic touch, while the banana chips give a pleasant natural sweetness and a light crunchiness. The banana powder completes the recipe by intensifying the fruity aroma and flavour, for a full and harmonious result. The result is a balanced, naturally sweet porridge, without excess, able to combine energy and flavour in every spoonful. Every raw material has a precise role: even a pinch of Himalayan pink salt, naturally rich in minerals, helps to enhance and harmonise the flavours.
Our Porridge is a selected blend of organic ingredients, designed to turn every breakfast into a tasty and nourishing moment. Its strength lies in the perfect balance between taste, texture and nutritional properties, for a pleasant, energy-filled wake-up.
designed to offer a nourishing, creamy and naturally delicious breakfast. The careful combination of raw materials creates a harmonious balance between sweetness, fragrance and texture, turning a simple gesture into a true moment of pleasure.
The base is made up of oat flakes (81%), small and crumbly, ideal for perfectly absorbing milk, plant-based drinks or fruit juice. In just a few minutes you get a soft, velvety texture, perfect for those who love creamy, comforting breakfasts.
How to prepare the porridge hot:

Pour the porridge into a small saucepan and add a generous amount of milk (plant-based or regular), enough to completely cover the flakes. Bring to the boil and let it cook for a few minutes, stirring, until the mixture reaches a soft, even consistency.
For an even creamier result, you can slightly increase the amount of milk and extend the cooking time.

Combine the porridge with milk or fruit juice in a bowl or airtight container, generously covering the product with the chosen liquid. Close the container and let it rest in the fridge overnight. In the morning you'll have a creamy consistency ready to enjoy, with no cooking required.
