Cocoa and Date Granola Mimina was created by Francesca, who, after picking up various influences during her time abroad, returned to her homeland in the hills of Romagna. Here, in tribute to her grandfather, a lover of simple, good and genuine things, she devoted herself to her recipes â this is how the granolas came to be. Designed to provide the right amount of energy from first thing in the morning, combining taste and nutritional value.
