we place wellbeing, quality and love for the environment at the centre. Every production stage is designed to respect nature â from the selection of raw materials to the processing steps, right through to the final product.

Mimina is a conscious choice: genuine ingredients, careful processing and a sustainable approach that values simplicity and authenticity.

Every raw material has a precise role: even a pinch of Himalayan pink salt, naturally rich in minerals, helps to enhance and harmonise the flavours.

The recipes are made with organic and vegan ingredients, with no added oils or refined sugars. We use the bare minimum of ingredients, carefully chosen and combined to create a harmonious balance of carbohydrates, fats and fibre, promoting a slow and steady release of energy.

The base of oat flakes (78%) ensures structure and crunchiness, offering a compact yet crumbly texture, also ideal for uses beyond the classic breakfast. The rice syrup provides a very mild, barely perceptible sweetness, useful for balancing the herbaceous notes without letting them dominate.

The basil (4%) is the distinctive element: it gives a fresh, green and aromatic scent that immediately evokes Mediterranean cuisine. This presence makes the granola original, with a strong and contemporary character.

The pumpkin seeds add crunchiness and a slightly toasted note, while the black sesame seeds contribute a more intense flavour and a delicate hint of hazelnut, as well as creating an interesting visual contrast.

Tips for those who play sports or follow a balanced diet: Start the day with natural energy: crunchy granola, white or Greek yoghurt â with a drizzle of honey for an extra protein boost â and fresh seasonal fruit.
