Tutti i Frutti Granola by Mimina was created by Francesca who, after gathering different influences during her time abroad, returned to her homeland in the hills of Romagna and, in tribute to her grandfather who loved simple, good and genuine things, devoted herself to her recipes â this is how the granolas came to be. This granola, rich in fruit, coconut and cinnamon, has a naturally sweet and enveloping profile: the ideal pairings are those that enhance its creaminess or balance its sweetness. Perfect paired with natural Greek yogurt and Kefir, with red berries or kiwi, ideal with vanilla ice cream or to accompany a ricotta cream. Mimina is a conscious choice: genuine ingredients, careful processing and a sustainable approach that values simplicity and authenticity.
This granola is part of the Granola with Puffed Spelt line, where crumbliness takes centre stage: light and crunchy, it stands out for its tasty clusters that make every bite even more satisfying. The airy texture of the puffed spelt blends harmoniously with the other ingredients, creating a perfect balance between crunchiness and naturalness.
Sweetened exclusively with rice syrup and completely free of added salt, this line expresses a pure and authentic balance. Every ingredient is carefully chosen to enhance its original flavour, without masking or altering it.
Every raw ingredient has a precise role: even a pinch of Himalayan pink salt, naturally rich in minerals, helps to enhance and harmonise the flavours.
The recipes are made with organic and vegan ingredients, with no added oils or refined sugars. We use only the essential ingredients, carefully selected and combined to create a harmonious balance between carbohydrates, fats and fibre, promoting a slow and steady release of energy.
