Citrus and Mulberry Granola Mimina was born from Francesca who, after absorbing different influences during her time abroad, returned to her homeland in the hills of Romagna and, in tribute to her grandfather who loved simple, good and genuine things, dedicated herself to her recipes â this is how the granolas came to be. Mimina is a conscious choice: genuine ingredients, careful processing and a sustainable approach that celebrates simplicity and authenticity.
This granola is part of the Granola with Puffed Spelt line and stands out for its light, airy crumbliness, made unique by the presence of puffed spelt which gives a delicate, natural crunch. Its tasty clusters, golden and fragrant, are inviting from the very first glance.
Sweetened exclusively with rice syrup and completely free of added salt, this line expresses a pure and authentic balance. Every ingredient is carefully chosen to enhance its original flavour, without masking or altering it.
Every raw material has a precise role: even a pinch of Himalayan pink salt, naturally rich in minerals, helps to bring out and harmonise the flavours.
