Grape and Almond Granola Mimina was created by Francesca who, after picking up different influences during her time abroad, returned to her homeland in the hills of Romagna and, in tribute to her grandfather, a lover of simple, good and genuine things, devoted herself to her recipes â this is how the granolas came to be. A granola for a conscious choice: genuine ingredients, careful processing and a sustainable approach that values simplicity and authenticity. The result of a balanced combination of organic ingredients and a pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt, rich in minerals and enhancing natural flavours.
