Biosolidale for our project we have embraced Organic as a choice and we support the small businesses of our region, and that's how the Chickpea Flour 400 g was born
In our project we have embraced Organic as a choice and a philosophy: we respect the land and its fruits. Our philosophy also includes supporting the small businesses of our region. For this reason, we have created a network of small businesses operating with the same organic philosophy as ours, so as to offer an alternative to the traditional supermarket. We raise consumer awareness of conscious purchasing and the importance of short supply chains and organic products. For all our products the philosophy is always the same: for jams and preserves we use only organic products, plenty of fruit and a bit of organic cane sugar. The oil-preserved vegetables and spreads are made with the best local fresh vegetables, to which we add top-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Lazio, to obtain a product of unique excellence. The Quinoa flour is made according to the principles of organic farming and the production process is artisanal.

The cereal itself, to be considered organic, must carry certifications from specific inspection bodies. These bodies verify the requirements of the farm that produced it. Checks are carried out every year to confirm the conditions required for certification. The cereal used to produce organic flour is grown without the use of synthetic chemical substances (fungicides, herbicides, chemical fertilisers, pesticides and insecticides) and cannot come from GMO seeds. obtained by milling chickpeas from certified organic crops.
