We are on the slopes of Pratomagno, in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany, the farm develops with plots of land ranging between 300 and 1300 metres in altitude, an ideal physical setting to create a wide range of products, and this is how the Organic Oat Soup was born
Organic Oat Soup
on the plateau of Loro Ciuffenna near the vines and olive trees, we grow the various Mediterranean species at 300 metres above sea level. While in the mountains we gather wild berries and chestnuts and much of the fruit we use for our jams. 60 species grown each year, which we process in our workshop.
Over the years we have gained great experience in the field of organic farming and in processing agricultural products. But our attention, beyond working the land, is also directed to the processing sector. From this idea a series of specialities typical of our region and our mountains were born, which at the same time show that distinctive exclusivity of recipes combining flavours and tastes that are often forgotten. Our aim is to offer recipes that require long and careful preparation and make them available so unique, traditional flavours can be enjoyed. Each of our products has a unique flavour. Prepared following every step, with simple methods and genuine ingredients.
We have a great desire that drives us every day to carry forward our project: to leave our children a world that takes the best from the past to the rediscovery of our roots
The soups from the Radici farm were created to help in the kitchen those who don't have time to cook, but love to eat well. They are the result of years of experience in organic farming and the processing of agricultural products, and are based on recipes typical of the Tuscan mountain areas. These are dishes that require long and careful preparation.
Great attention is paid to the freshness of the ingredients, harvested at the right stage of ripeness and processed within the same day. These soups help rediscover flavours and aromas that are often forgotten.
