Our company was born with the idea of showcasing the best products of our territory. We harvest every day. And not only that: early in the morning and in the early afternoon, so as to always offer the greatest freshness. The idea for Pancipolla came about like this: one evening, I, Mirko, was having dinner at Bottura's where I tasted the lentil and cotechino panettone. Being a true Tuscan, I started joking about it and thought, well... if Bottura can make panettone with cotechino, why can't we make one with onion? That's how the urge to create a very special panettone was born, and we really did it. I think this year Christmas will truly be special!
So much care and attention. This is what it takes to create our specialty, but it's truly worth it! As soon as you open the lid you'll be enveloped by its intense aroma and you'll be able to savour the full flavour of Pancipolla. A delight. Â
