Le Delizie del Cupin is a Ligurian company whose roots lie in a small hamlet of 50 souls in the Ligurian hinterland  devoted to agriculture, amid a veritable âforestâ of olive groves, of taggiasca cultivar, and it is here that the Porcini Mushroom Sauce was born

The Company

Faithful to its origins and to its own Ligurian traditions, Marco Donato founded his family business. His project is to produce, with a family-run approach, a range of products focused on quality and the genuine taste. Wholesome food delights, healthy organic products. To make them, he chooses only the finest selected raw ingredients and processes them without preservatives, nor added colourings.

Fun fact: Marco collected the recipes handed down by his grandmother, makes them by hand and presents them in his jars. Jars that in the Ligurian dialect are called âi cupinâ. Discover ourcupin!

Porcini Mushroom Sauce

The porcini mushroom sauce is a classic recipe of Italian cuisine, much loved because in its simplicity it manages to deliver very appealing flavours and aromas. A mushroom sauce made with tomatoes and onions from organic farming and, like all the other products from the Ligurian company, contains no preservatives, thickeners, MSG or other flavour enhancers. Try it with: It pairs very well with both short and long pasta. Excellent for preparing crostini and appetisers. Classic pairings to try with scaloppine and polenta.
