Our company was founded with the idea of showcasing the best products of our region. We harvest our produce every day. The chilli pepper jam from the company born out of the desire to showcase the products of its own land. We created this jam with simple ingredients, strictly produced by us at zero food miles. Freshness and genuineness are the two defining elements of this preparation of ours. Made with a variety of chilli pepper (Calabrian type). It is produced in Tuscany and is particularly appreciated by lovers of spicy food. We prepare it with Armagnac, honey, sugar and red pepper. Every chilli pepper has been grown and harvested on our estate. We select them one by one, in fact we only process the best ones chosen to offer you excellence in quality. For spicy food lovers!! It pairs wonderfully with meats, cheeses and even desserts. It enhances the flavour of creamy and fresh cheeses. Try it with robiola or with a ricotta.
