Le Delizie del Cupin is a Ligurian company that has its roots in a small village of 50 souls in the Ligurian hinterland  devoted to agriculture, amid a true âforestâ of olive groves, of taggiasca cultivar and it is here that the Confettura Extra Fichi Uva Noci was born

The Company

Faithful to his origins and his Ligurian traditions, Marco Donato founded his family-run company. His project is to produce, on a family-run basis, a range of products with a focus on quality and the genuine flavours. Delicious food, healthy organic products. To make them he chooses only the best selected raw materials and works them without preservatives, nor added colourings.

•  Healthy and genuine products that meet the flavour of nature. The ingredients are selected from our partner producers with high standards certified by the EC mark on every product. And the recipes are a tribute to Italian rural tradition. Flavoured with just spices and sea salt.

Fun fact: Marco has gathered the recipes kept by his grandmother, makes them by hand and offers them in his jars. Jars that in the Ligurian dialect are called âi cupinâ. Discover our cupin!

Confettura Extra Fichi Uva Noci

This jam, made with selected raw materials of the highest quality, tastes just like homemade. For every 100 g of jam, 49 g of figs are used. A traditional recipe using only the best products to create a mix with a unique taste. Prepared according to the traditional recipe. It contains 70% fruit and is therefore rightly considered a proper extra jam. We select only top-quality fruit. And with careful processing, we obtain a delicious and genuine compote. All the company's jams are free from allergens, preservatives and colourings, and contain only excellent fruit, always in very high percentages. They are also suitable for coeliacs because they are gluten-free. Try it with: Â to pair with fresh bread, to accompany desserts and with fresh cheeses. Excellent for filling shortcrust biscuits or tarts.
