Organic Blueberry Extra Jam

on the Loro Ciuffenna plateau, near the vines and olive trees, we grow different Mediterranean species at 300 metres above sea level, while up in the mountains we gather wild berries, chestnuts and much of the fruit we use for our jams.

Organic Farming

Over the years we have gained great experience in organic farming and in the processing of agricultural products. But our focus, beyond cultivating the land, is also on the processing side. From this idea a range of specialities typical of our region and our mountains was born, which at the same time have that distinctive exclusivity of recipes combining flavours and tastes that are often forgotten.</strong> Our aim is to offer recipes that require long and careful processing and to make them available so that unique, traditional flavours can be enjoyed. Each of our products has a unique flavour. Prepared following every step, with simple methods and genuine ingredients. We have a great desire that drives us to carry on our project every day: to leave our children a world that takes the best from the past in the rediscovery of our roots</strong> The blueberry jam is the ideal accompaniment for fresh ricotta or for filling a tart. Perfect spread on fresh bread or rusks. It is made with just three ingredients: blueberries, whole cane sugar, and lemon juice, with no added thickeners or preservatives.

An explosion of authentic, natural flavour captured in every spoonful. Our Blueberry Extra Jam is made from selected organic blueberries, grown in full respect of nature and hand-picked at just the right degree of ripeness, to guarantee an intense, fragrant flavour.</p>

Made using traditional artisan methods, the fruit is slowly cooked at a low temperature. We do this in small batches, to preserve the freshness, colour and natural properties of the blueberries. No thickeners, colourings or preservatives: just simple, genuine ingredients, just like in the old days.

The result is a velvety, glossy jam with a sweet, slightly tangy taste, perfect for a healthy, tasty breakfast, for filling cakes and tarts, or to accompany fresh cheeses and natural yogurt.
