The figs are harvested at just the right degree of ripeness and processed in the workshop with artisanal methods, controlling the entire production cycle. The company has a true specialisation in figs and produces jams using Dottato figs with the addition of other products and essences, all produced in-house, to create jams with unique and surprising flavours, free from colourings, additives and preservatives. The Figs with Cocoa and Rum jam, certified organic, uses only beet sugar and lime juice produced and processed in-house. The term âExtraâ guarantees 86% fruit pieces.
