Extra Sour Cherry Jam 225 g
Sour cherries, Blackberries, Figs, Apples, Cherry plums, White Cherry, Angelica Pear, Peaches, Raspberries, Rose Hip and in particular it has brought back to life the Visciole or Amarene di Cantiano a product of excellence since the early 1900s. Extra Sour Cherry Jam: is 100% natural and contains no preservatives, colourings or thickeners, containing only Fruit, Sugar, Citrus Pectin. what are visciole: they are the fruit of the âPrunus Cerasusâ, a variety known as âsour cherryâ. They are a variety of wild cherries characterised by red fruits. Intensely red fruits that at ripeness have a diameter of about 1-1.5 cm, pale, almost yellow flesh with a mainly tart flavour. A jam for all seasons, for breakfast spread on rusks, for filling cakes and tarts. Visciole have a bold flavour with a tart aftertaste: ideal for flavour explorers and lovers of not-too-sweet tastes. Visciole are rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, flavonoids, polyphenols and fibre.
