The company is located in Cantiano, known as the city of bread and city of the Amarena cherry. Here you can breathe an atmosphere, an authenticity, a way of living still on a human scale, with more sustainable rhythms. Hospitality, warmth and good food are its essential elements. Visciole cherries, Blackberries, Figs, Apples, Mirabelle plums, White Cherry, Angelica Pear, Peaches, Raspberries, Wild Rose and in particular has brought back to life the Visciole or Amarene di Cantiano a product of excellence since the early 1900s. Fruits that have been present for years in the company's orchard, where significant temperature swings between day and night give the fruits remarkable organoleptic properties and intense flavours. The jams are 100% natural and, like the amarena cherry, contain no preservatives, colourings or chemical thickeners, the only ingredients used are Fruit, Sugar, Citrus Pectin. The jams are excellent with cheeses or as a topping for dry pastries, tarts, ring cakes, or simply enjoyed on a slice of bread. The Visciole or Amarene di Cantiano in Syrup pair wonderfully with ricotta, cream ice cream, yogurt, panna cotta, fruit salad and crepes.
