The bronze-drawn pastas are made according to the principles of organic farming and the production process is artisanal.
The organic farming cooperative La Terra e il Cielo was founded in 1980 from the pioneering initiative of its founding members, at a time when organic farming was still a niche sector. From the very beginning it has adopted organic and biodynamic farming methods, promoting a sustainable and environmentally friendly agricultural model. Our goal is to promote ethical and sustainable farming, rediscovering ancient agricultural varieties and fostering a balanced relationship between man, nature and the land.
Spelt (Triticum dicoccum), toasted hulled barley, millet, ancient durum wheats: Senatore Cappelli, Taganrog, Etrusco. We recover ancient varieties selected for quality. Traceable and predominantly local supply chain, organic and sustainable farming.
