Our philosophy also includes supporting small businesses in our territory; we have created a network of small businesses operating with the same organic philosophy as ours, positioning ourselves as an alternative to the traditional supermarket. the bronze die-cut pastas are made according to the principles of organic farming and the production process is artisanal.

The organic farming cooperative La Terra e il Cielo was founded in 1980 through the pioneering initiative of its founding members, at a time when organic farming was still a niche sector. From the very beginning it has adopted organic and biodynamic growing methods, promoting a sustainable and environmentally respectful farming model. Our aim is to promote ethical and sustainable agriculture, rediscovering ancient agricultural varieties and fostering a balanced relationship between man, nature and the land.

Spelt (Triticum dicoccum), toasted pearl barley, millet, ancient durum wheat grains: Senatore Cappelli, Taganrog, Etrusco. We recover ancient varieties selected for their quality. Traceable and predominantly local supply chain, organic and sustainable farming.
