The Petrilli company is located in Irpinia land, the cultivation has about 9000 olive trees in the Ufita Valley, mainly the Ravece variety that characterises these places, and it is here that the âCiriachinoâ Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced. An oil that expresses the bond with the territory. Cared for in every aspect from cultivation to pressing directly by the company to guarantee maximum quality. Care for the land and an innovative processing method at the mill to bring out the best of the flavour of the place. The company's Extra Virgin Olive Oil boasts low acidity as well as high polyphenols and contains no residues of plant protection products. âCiriachinoâ is an oil obtained from the company's own olives grown in Flumeri. Varieties typical of the area are used for production, cultivated since ancient times in the Irpinia hills of Ufita. Among the varieties, ravece is a symbol of quality olive growing in the territory, along with ogliarola. A cold-extracted oil using only mechanical processes. The company pursues the values of healthy and natural products, paying great attention to environmental sustainability and care for the land. The olives are harvested at the right stage of ripeness, at véraison. Pressing takes place within 24 hours of harvesting. This ensures maximum yield and polyphenol content.
