The Petrilli company is located in Irpinia land, the cultivation has about 9000 olive trees in the Ufita Valley, mainly the Ravece variety that characterises these places, and it is here that Ravece Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil âMariannaâ is produced. The Ravece Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil âMariannaâ is a monocultivar oil obtained exclusively from Ravece variety olives. The olives are grown by the company in Flumeri. It is a variety typical of the area and has been cultivated since ancient times in the Irpinia hills of Ufita. Ravece is a symbol of quality olive growing in the region. A certified organic oil, cold extracted using only mechanical processes. The company pursues the values of health and naturalness and pays great attention to environmental sustainability and care for the land. The olives are harvested at the right stage of ripeness, at colour change (invaiatura). Milling takes place within 24 hours of harvesting. This ensures maximum yield and polyphenol content. Organoleptic profile: Ravece Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil âMariannaâ colour: a beautiful green that tends towards yellow over time; aroma: complex, herbaceous with Mediterranean notes; taste: intense fruity, rich in notes of slightly unripe tomato, artichoke and pepper, with slightly balsamic herbaceous hints.
