Made exclusively from Leccino variety olives, this extra virgin olive oil is prized for its elegance and delicacy. It has a golden green colour and a light, fruity aroma, with hints of almond and fresh grass.

On the palate it is soft and harmonious, with a slight bitter note and a barely perceptible spiciness, characteristics typical of the Leccino cultivar. Its low acidity and balanced aromatic profile make it a versatile oil in the kitchen.
