In the workshop just a stone's throw from the quarry, they produce
flavoured salts, all-
natural powders and
seasonings, wonderfully fragrant and aromatic. Brothers Carmelo and Giuseppe Brucculeri managed, first for their own enjoyment and then out of passion, to concentrate and express in their products what Sicily is immensely rich in:
intoxicating scents and aromas.
The product line has gradually been enriched with unique flavours and original scents. Here then are the rock salts with lemon, with
Nubia garlic, with pink pepper and mandarin, or with
Nero d'Avola grape marc.
As well as the
natural powders of:
capers, orange and cinnamon, wild fennel, lemon and ginger.
Coarse Salt with Aglio Nero di Voghiera D.O.P. - Grinder
In 2007,
Aglio di Voghiera was awarded protected designation of origin (DOP) status.
This is a
garlic typical of the Ferrara plain, characterised by a sweet and delicate flavour, never pungent.
It also contains a high concentration of allicin, a substance which, besides having aromatic properties, is also a powerful bactericide.
This salt, with its
refined taste, makes every dish special.
