In our project, we have embraced Organic as both a choice and a philosophy, respecting the land and its fruits. Our philosophy also includes supporting the small businesses of our region; we have created a network of small businesses that operate with the same organic philosophy, positioning themselves as an alternative to the traditional supermarket. We aim to raise consumer awareness about mindful purchasing and the importance of a short supply chain and organic products. For all our products, the philosophy is always the same: for jams and preserves we only use organic products, plenty of fruit and a little organic cane sugar. Our oil-preserved vegetables and spreads are made with the best local fresh vegetables, to which we add high-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Lazio, to achieve a product of truly unique excellence. The Spelt Bread is made according to the principles of organic farming and the production process is artisanal. We are in the magnificent Gargano area. Here, Sottolestelle was born specialising in dairy-free, egg-free and yeast-free products. Our goal is indeed to offer unique and innovative organic products to contribute to the well-being of our consumers. We are advocates of eating well and healthily for a proper diet and to stay in good health. Based on this principle, we produce in support of what is healthy and natural. To do this, we use only organic raw materials, partly produced on our own farm. We are located in the open countryside of Gargano, among olive trees, almond groves and vast grain fields. On our farm, as well as in our workshops, we work exclusively with organic raw materials. The excellent quality of our products is achieved through the use of carefully selected raw materials and only through natural processing techniques that preserve the quality of the finished products. Sandwich loaf bread made with Selected Kamut® Flour: Rich in proteins, minerals and vitamins, Kamut® gives the bread a slightly sweet taste and a soft yet compact texture. A soft and fragrant product, designed for those who want a healthy diet without giving up the pleasure of the table. Made with Khorasan Kamut® wheat, an ancient grain known for its high digestibility and rich nutritional profile, this bread is a perfect choice for any time of day.
