Passion, as we know, can move mountains, in this case the sea! We are in the land of Puglia, in the magical Polignano a mare, a true gem of the Apulian coast. Here Giovanna has always searched for wild herbs from the Mediterranean scrubland along the coast. To delight her guests and dinner companions, these herbs have always been used in liqueur preparations rich in the aromas and scents of the land. Over the years, research and experimentation have continued, and appreciation has steadily grown. As Giovanna kept refining her liqueurs, she realised it was time to introduce her products to a wider audience and meet the growing demand. It releases intense notes of pomegranate. The scent is enveloping and fruity. On the nose it is fresh and juicy, with notes reminiscent of delicate flowers and hints of sweet spices. The bouquet is harmonious. The colour is a typical red. A true concentrate of well-being with its sweet and tangy flavour all at once. Bold in spirit, our liqueurs wrap the palate in Mediterranean aromas and hints of exotic atmospheres. It's a digestif that will win you over, an invitation to conviviality to share with your loved ones or your guests.

• • The methods used to make it are traditional and strictly artisanal, enhancing the fruit's properties and allowing it to give us all its intensity. To make our liqueurs we use only the finest ingredients. The choice of ingredients is a key point for us. To make it we use varieties grown near the sea. This allows us to achieve the aromas and quality of the product. On the nose it releases a lovely intensity with its pomegranate fragrance and its exotic hints. It's ideal to enjoy after dinner or as an ingredient for your aperitifs!
