Liquorificio Rospini was born from the enterprising spirit of its founder: Giovanna Ruospo. Originally from Puglia and now settled in Polignano a Mare, she combined her passion for the wild herbs of the Mediterranean scrubland along the coast with her love of offering her friends and guests the liqueurs she created herself. In search of ever new balances and aromas, her experimentation continued over time. The liqueurs became increasingly refined and captivating in every respect. Encouraged by the appreciation and success she received, Giovanna was able to fulfill her dream: to introduce her products not only in her town or region, but throughout Italy.
