Passion, as we know, can move mountains, in this case the sea! We are in the land of Puglia, in magical Polignano a Mare, a true jewel of the Apulian coast. Here Giovanna has always sought out wild Mediterranean scrubland herbs from the coastline. To delight her guests and dinner companions, these herbs have always been used in preparations of liqueurs rich in the aromas and scents of the land. Over the years, research and experiments have continued, and appreciation has steadily grown. As Giovanna kept refining her liqueurs, she realised the time had come to introduce her products to a wider audience and meet the growing demand. This is the latest addition to our labels. As soon as it's opened, it releases very intense mandarin and citrus notes. The aroma is intense and long-lasting. On the nose it is fresh, with notes reminiscent of flowers and white spices. The scent is penetrating. The colour is vivid and reminiscent of gold. It releases very sweet sensations. It is sweet and intense. Thanks to its citrus notes, it's a digestif that will win you over: delicate and aromatic. Also perfect for those who want a citrus liqueur as an alternative to limoncello.

• • The methods used to make it are traditional and strictly artisanal, enhancing the fruit's properties and allowing it to give us its full intensity. To make our liqueurs, we use only the finest ingredients. The choice of ingredients is a key point for us. To make it, we use ancient local varieties grown near the sea. This allows us to achieve outstanding aromas and product quality. On the nose it releases great intensity with its unmistakable mandarin fragrance. It's ideal to enjoy after dinner, and it will win you over from the very first sip!
