The company started with infusions and spirits, to which the artisan processing of chocolate was added about ten years later. An herbal amaro with an intense flavour, prepared thanks to the long family tradition dating back to 1960 in the world of spirits and liqueurs. It is crafted with artisan expertise. An amaro with a Venetian flavour. A taste that envelops you and gives intense sensations when tasted. The "Vecio Piave" (Old Piave) is a look to the past, a tribute to the ancient recipes of the distillery's founder, and carries all the flavour of an age-old amaro tradition. It is the family recipe handed down to preserve that authenticity of flavours. The result is a refined liqueur that offers pleasant moments and makes an excellent digestif. It is crafted through the artisan infusion of 15 herbs such as gentian, rhubarb, orange peel, mallow, sea wormwood, glasswort, sea lavender and wild fennelâ¦delicately bitter with a pleasant walnut aftertaste. Recommended served chilled but not icy. Alcohol content: 25° vol
