Liquore Cuore di Liquirizia

The chocolate liqueur with mint, from Cioccolateria Veneziana  has a long family history, originating with an artisanal distillery producing infusions and spirits, to which, about ten years later, the artisanal processing of chocolate was added. It is here that the Mengo brothers, who inherited the legacy, carry on the family tradition with passion, and it is here that the Liquore Cuore di Liquirizia is produced

Liquore Cuore di Liquirizia

A special liqueur called cuore di liquirizia, prepared with a pure liquorice infused in an alcoholic solution in special stainless steel containers, followed by the mixing phase where sugar, alcohol and water are added. This is followed by decanting and bottling of the liqueur without filtering it. The infusion gives it a dark amber colour and an intense aroma, as well as a flavour with the characteristic notes of liquorice; the taste is round, pleasantly sweet-bitter, with a very distinctive flavour that will certainly win over all liquorice lovers. It can be served either at room temperature or chilled and is an excellent way to end a meal alongside a dessert. Alcohol content: 18° vol. Gluten free. Being an artisanal product, it is recommended to shake the bottle before serving; serving chilled is recommended.   Â
