The wines from the Baglio Baiata Alagna winery convey the tradition and love for their land. 50 hectares of land divided into various plots between Marsala, Mazara, Trapani and Salemi. The Amarsa aromatised bitter wine is a bitter based on Marsala, an original product of great character. Amarsa is the result of the Alagna family's great experience and tradition with Marsala wine, the aromatised bitter wine is a reinterpretation of Marsala wine skilfully flavoured with citrus fruits and Gentian in homage to traditional Marsala recipes. The aromatised bitter wine is pleasantly aromatic with orange notes, it is an excellent digestif to end a meal and, served cold or chilled, it is perfect for preparing refined cocktails. It keeps well over time, maintaining its organoleptic characteristics. The bitter among Marsala wines, a sip with a bold and intense flavour, a bitter taste with sweet hints, made with selected grapes to achieve its beautiful amber colour.
