The wines of the Baglio Baiata Alagna winery convey the tradition and love for their own land. 50 hectares of land divided into various plots between Marsala, Mazara, Trapani and Salemi. Marsala Vergine is a dry fortified wine descending from the perpetual wine, produced in limited quantity from the best Grillo and Catarratto grapes, grown in the area of Marsala and Mazara del Vallo. It is an excellent meditation wine and after-dinner wine, served at 15â20 °C. As an aperitif it is ideal with aged cheeses, at 8â10 °C.
