In our project we have embraced Organic as both a choice and a philosophy, respecting the land and its fruits. Our philosophy also includes supporting the small businesses of our region: we have created a network of small businesses that share our same organic philosophy, so as to offer an alternative to the traditional supermarket. We aim to raise consumer awareness about conscious purchasing and the importance of short supply chains and organic products. For all our products the philosophy is always the same: for jams and preserves we use only organic products, plenty of fruit and a little organic cane sugar. The oil-preserved products and spreads are made with the best local fresh vegetables, to which we add top-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Lazio, to achieve a truly unique, excellent product. The Spelt Bread is made according to the principles of organic farming and the production process is artisanal. We are in the wonderful Gargano area. This is where Sottolestelle was born, specialising in dairy-free, egg-free and yeast-free products. Our goal is indeed to offer unique and innovative organic products to contribute to the wellbeing of our customers. We are advocates of eating well and healthily for a proper diet and to stay in good health. Based on this principle, we produce with a focus on what is healthy and natural. To do so, we use only organic raw materials, partly grown on our own farm. We are located in the open countryside of Gargano, among olive trees, almond groves and vast grain fields. On our farm, as well as in our workshops, we work exclusively with organic raw materials. The excellent quality of our products is achieved through the use of carefully selected raw materials and only through natural processing techniques that preserve the quality of the finished products. Our shortbread biscuits are made with Selected Whole Wheat Flour: Simple, genuine and naturally good.
Our krumiri biscuits are made with selected organic ingredients, handcrafted without the use of artificial flavourings, preservatives or refined sugars.

They contain 60% organic whole wheat flour, a choice rich in flavour and fibre. Naturally leavened with carbonates and enriched with a natural organic flavouring, they are the perfect union of taste and wellbeing. Senatore Cappelli durum wheat has remarkable nutritional qualities, with a lower gluten content compared to other durum wheats, while still maintaining a high protein content. It is also a good source of trace elements.
