In our project we have embraced Organic as a choice and as a philosophy, respecting the land and its fruits. Our philosophy also includes supporting small businesses in our region: we have created a network of small enterprises operating with the same organic philosophy, presenting themselves as an alternative to the traditional supermarket. Raising consumer awareness about mindful purchasing and the importance of a short supply chain and organic products. For all our products the philosophy is always the same: for jams and preserves we use only organic products, plenty of fruit and a little organic cane sugar. The oil-preserved vegetables and spreads are made with the best local fresh vegetables, to which we add top-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Lazio, to obtain a product of unique excellence. The Spelt Bread is made according to the principles of organic farming and the production process is artisanal. We are in the magnificent Gargano region. This is where Sottolestelle was born, specialising in dairy-free, egg-free and yeast-free products. Our goal is indeed to offer unique and innovative organic products to contribute to the wellbeing of our customers. We support eating well and healthily for a proper diet and to stay in good health. Based on this principle we produce with a focus on the healthy and natural. To do this, we use only organic raw materials, partly produced on our own farm. We are located in the open countryside of Gargano, among olive trees, almond groves and vast cereal fields. On our farm as well as in our workshops, we work exclusively with organic raw materials. The excellent quality of our products is achieved through the use of carefully selected raw materials and only through natural processing techniques that preserve the quality of the finished products. The Frollini biscuits are made with Selected Senatore Cappelli Flour: Simple, genuine and naturally good.
Our krumiri are made with selected organic ingredients and handcrafted, without the use of artificial flavourings, preservatives or refined sugars.

They contain 40% organic Senatore Cappelli durum wheat flour, a choice rich in flavour and fibre. Naturally raised with carbonates and enriched with a natural organic flavouring, they are the perfect union of taste and wellbeing. Senatore Cappelli durum wheat has remarkable nutritional qualities, a lower gluten content compared to other durum wheats, while still maintaining a high protein content. It also has a good presence of trace elements.
