Our company was born with the idea of showcasing the best products of our territory. We harvest every day. But not only that, we do it: early in the morning and in the early afternoon, so as to always offer maximum freshness. The idea for the Biscuits came from wanting to showcase the queen of our territory: the Cipolla di Certaldo. A perfect combination! It couldn't have been a better match. To make it even more appetising, it is further enriched with pecorino and tomato along with Certaldo onion. The result is a unique taste. A fragrant biscuit with an irresistible flavour. Rustic and crunchy, with bold, strong flavours. Here enhanced by the onion and pecorino, yet softened by the tomato.  Enjoy them on their own with an aperitif or as a base for delicious appetisers. Perfect paired with cheeses like pecorino for an unusual and flavourful combination. Pairings: Ideal with Beer, with bubbles. Try them like this: They can be enjoyed to nibble on with an aperitif. Â
